OK, next question.
Would you rather:
A) Listen to Coldplay with said all to intimate 20 lb friend or
B) Listen to Chris Martin discuss at length his thoughts on
Coldplay's place in Rock N Roll history?

Pronouncements?

exactly!

that is my original point i guess........those kinda comments aren't,
at least to me, what rock and roll is all about!
in fact, things like that killed off R.E.M. for me....I was so knocked
out at the time Chronic Town and Murmur came out, only to have Michael
Stipe slowly destroy whatever magic and mystery they had in the first
place.....all the seriosuness and analyzation he kept bringing up made
them just another pedestrian band trying to explain their 'art' ........

And btw, I think Ride, MBV, and the House of Love deserve more of a
place in r and r history than Coldplay!!!

And i will ask again....is anybody as knocked out by the VALLEY LODGE
cd as me? I keep playing the songs "Hey" and "All of My Loving" over
and over and over....
