Okay, so it's pretty much a consensus that Mike Love is not the most kind
and swell person. But doesn't anyone believe that he's a reasonable case
here? I mean, the substance of the suit is that Brian had a Beach Boys comp
sent to millions of Sunday Daily Mail readers. Not a sampler from SMiLE,
but a Beach Boys comp. If Ringo sued Macca for bundling a Beatles comp in
an issue of The Guardian to promote Chaos and Creation without considering
his bandmates' contributions, would people be calling to lynch Ringo too?
Am I missing something?
