Yes, Balloon Man is quite a poppy little number.

I always thought 'Madonna of the Wasps' from Queen Elvis was pretty catchy.  After Perspex Island came out, I know some of his long time fans felt that the production was too slick, but not being a long time fan, I thought is was a great album.  "Birds In Perspex" and the "hit" of that album, "So You Think You're In Love" are, to my ears, quite catchy.
