Here's what I brought to work today:
1) Dave's True Story - Nature (jazz pop w/female lead vocals on the
Bepop Records label)
2) Paloalto - Heroes and Villains (from 2003 but I just got it recently
& it's great)
3) Checkpoint Charley - Songs One Through Twelve (available at Not Lame
- very good)
4) The Churchills - The Odds of Winning (they just keep getting better)
5) The Click Five - Greetings from Imrie House (didn't they play
IPO-Boston last year?)
Is it just me or is there more good music being released than ever
before? Even after I find the money to buy new stuff, I have even more
trouble finding enough time to appreciate the stuff I buy! But it's a
pleasant situation to be in. Luckily I can bring CD's to work and play
them there. Otherwise I would never catch up!
Looking forward to IPO Boston. Just what I need - another chance to buy
too many CD's!
Pop on,
John
