I'm a chronic web surfer and I have no idea how I get
where I end up. That said, I somehow ended up on a
page at http://www.popproject.com
From there, I went to their label

It turns out these guys in Ann Arbor, MI became
obsessed with the theme songs of various shows from
the early 90's that aired on ABC under the heading
"TGIF" Shows like "Full House" "Perfect Strangers"
"Step by Step"
Turns out all the themes of those shows were written
by the same guy, Jesse Frederick, who had an album out
on Bearsville in the early 70's.
I'm not wording this correctly...just go to their site
and check it out. I ordered the "TGIF" e.p. for
$5.00, it's only 4 songs but it's right up my alley.
It's kitschy fun.
