Dave - I really like Nick's last three albums, although they might not be everyone's cup of tea since they're not "pop" records.  Rather they are quiet "mature" records if you will.  "The Impossible Bird", "Dig My Mood", and "The Convincer" are all really good discs - just don't expect them be the jangly pop the likes of the "Basher" comp... (I think I have the names right, I'm doing this off the top of my head).  

I highly recommend the reissue of Rockpile's "Seconds of Pleasure".  It not only includes the bonus Everly Brothers tunes by Nick & Dave, there are also a few live cuts as well.   I have always wanted to get some live Rockpile on disc - hint hint to anyone who might have some stashed  ;-)
