Sounds like that would work well for you! (Sorry, I couldn't resist,
my bad). But you know, it's not like he's touring the country all
time, living in the fast lane on all the cd's we buy, right? I can
appreciate your desire to catch him live and understand that it is
frustrating but I would guess he has at least the same financial,
time and and maybe booking constraints in Boston, that you do. I'm
just saying, if you made some effort to bring him maybe he would come
to Boston. It worked for me here in Minneapolis (and as a husband,
father, with student loans from hell, debt, etc., I'm hardly loaded
with spare time, or financially set in anyway, or connected to the
music scene myself).

Not to mention, I may be wrong but I would guess he lost money
playing in Minneapolis this last time.

Hey, that may be true and I can appreciate that is frustrating to
you. I didn't mean to sound harsh in my post. I reacted to the
thought of people starting to voice frustrations and make judgments
based on a void of information. Knowing him to the degree I do, I
perhaps got a bit more protective and it just struck me as unfair.
You know, I imagined people started posting "yeah, I emailed him
several times and he never wrote me back, that f@cker!" or whatever.
It just seems an unfair way to make an assessment of the person. But
again, I don't mean to cut you off at the knees for feeling
frustrated or wondering why he hasn't responded to those requests.
