FYI - the delay is with your IPS. The key is to look at the "received"
mail headers
of your email (any Audities person may do the same thing). I sent you a copy of
those (from this post) showing the trace from your PC though Bellsouth.NET to
smoe.ORG. Seems to be about an hour delay with Bellsouth..
