Dear Chicago Pop Mafia,
I beseech you to go to Chris von Sneidern's gig at the Hideout tonight (Friday). I just caught him at Subterranean. This guy is a total pro. One of my fave voices in the genre. Heck of a lyricist as well. Touching without being corny. He played selections from throughout his career. Debut to his current release (which will surely land in my top 5 at the end of the year).
He's first on the bill at the Hideout. Don't be late!
