Truth be told I also got into Chilton before I got into Big Star; for me it
was the vinyl ep, Feudalist Tarts ('86), which I thought was great then and
still do. I'd like to say I was hip to Big Star at the time, but not living
in North Carolina (where I'm convinced 60% of the original pressings of
Radio City were sold) I just didn't have any exposure.
