I was on a United flight from Chicago to SF yesterday and listening to the
pre-programmed "Rock United" music channel...when the track "Ugly Town"
by Redd Kross came on! Noting that this was a random album track from their
1997 release "Show World" I was a bit surprised to see it lumped with the
new releases from the likes of U2, Beck, Foo Fighters, Lindsay Lohan, etc.
Does anyone know if this track is a new release somewhere? ...or is there
just a renegade power pop fan at United Airlines who snuck this song
in their playlist?
