Here's a bunch of my favorites that I just compiled for someone else:

Coverville <http://www.coverville.com>
Not Lame Podcast <http://www.notlamepodcast.com/>
Stacy In The City <http://www.stacyinthecity.com/>
De-Fi Radio <http://www.defiradio.com/>
Accident Hash <http://accidenthash.podshow.com/>
popHOLE <http://www.danklyn.com/cgi-bin/blosxom.cgi/home/index.html>
The Sounds in My Head <http://www.thesoundsinmyhead.com/>
CBC Radio 3 <http://www.cbcradio3.com/>

There are also a couple others I've found that frequently include some
great tunes, but are not predominantly music podcasts:

DailySonic (a frequently hilarious NPR-style show) <http://www.dailysonic.com/>
SlashDot Review (tech news headlines yanked from slashdot.org, it
almost always ends with a great tune) <http://slashdotreview.com/>

Hope this helps
ed.
