At the risk of sounding like a power pop lawyer... the guy said Holsapple
continued to release as the dBs, not record... hence...
Anyway, I made a nice donation to the flood fund and got my new dBs tune; in
a way, the most I ever paid for a song. Seeing them Monday at Maxwell's and
can hardly wait.
