Well, when Nick Millward of the Riffbrokers last visited me on the weekly radio show (Snap, Crackle, POP!) one his crew told me that John and some incarnation are currently performing ...don't quote me...under the moniker "Sgt. Major" - and there would be a recording under this moniker at some point. I think it might come out on Nick's terrific Unsmashable Records label. I'll email Nick and let you know what I hear.
