I just wanted to pass out a "heads up" for new Gadfly releases from Sons of
the
Never Wrong ("Nuthatch Suite") and Bootcut ("Hammond vs. Drums").

Some of you are already familiar with Sons of the Never
Wrong with their previous releases -- sort like the Mamas and the Papas if
they were
fronted by David Byrne.  If I may boast on their behalf, "Nuthatch
Suite" is (despite some great previous work) their finest CD to date -- their

best songs, arrangements, and performances.  If you have liked them before,
please take the time to check out their new one.

Bootcut is a duo of instrumentalists from Sweden whose album consists of
songs played completely on drums and Hammond organ (hence the title "Hammond
vs.
Drums").  This CD to represent the best in melodic pop organ a la Booker T
and the MGs, the Doors' Ray Manzarek or the Zombies' Rod Argent.
Love to hear what you all think of this one.

As always, thanks for your attention. Mitch
