Few have ever claimed the American electorate was all that bright: you 
should see some of the dim bulbs that manage to win local elections

Okay, I'll bite.  The best I'm coming up with is "Avoid gin, lad," 
which is sound advice but not necessarily a great anagram.

Oh, wait, I see.  Well!  That's impressively rude!

But no one will ever beat the pure, unspoiled glory that is NASCAR 
driver Dick Trickle.  Best Name EVER!
