Umm, no show tonight. The Martian Revealer essentially stole my time
tonight. Long story, but it was easier to not fight with the idiot host of
that show and take the high road. We'll be back next week. My apologies to
anyone who tuned in to hear me, and had to suffer through the Martian
Revealer tonight. I owe you a cup of coffee.

Subject: New time, New theme song (by Ed James!)

NEW time for Pop Garden Radio

Starting tonight, Pop Garden Radio will be returning to it's original 2am
timeslot. We are still two hours long, still on WMEL, and still streaming
from <http://www.popgardenradio.com> www.popgardenradio.com . It's late
late late on a Saturday night, but I have a feeling that the new timeslt is
only temporary.

This week's Artist in Bloom is Jessie Giordano. She is a fantastic
singer/songwriter out of Dana Point, CA. Also, you'll get to hear the new
theme song, as performed by Ed James. Ed sent his song in a few weeks after
the contest ended, but it blew the actual winner out of the water.

I am also playing tracks by the Click Five, Michael Penn, Willie Wisely,
Lanky, the High Dials and many more. As a treat, I will be playing a track
from the new Eric Clapton disc, a cover of George Harrison's "Love Comes to
Everyone."

I have been so blessed to be given 2 hours of radio time by WMEL for the
last 4 months now, this time change is not a bad thing. A little more coffee
, and we'll keep the music pumping. I don't pay for my radio time, so when
someone came in who was willing to pay for my slot, I got bumped. That's
the nature of the business. I'm happy just being on the air...beside, 2am is
only 11pm on the west coast.
