In Atlanta it's Little 5 Points/The Highlands:
Little 5 is the cool-freaky place with the "Spencer-esque" store and the good record stores
the Highlands has the trendy little stores and restaurants all along a street that once had drug dealers and hookers.
East Atlanta Village is coming up as well.
