Zappa said that the later day band was dependant on the bass player,
Scott Thunes. He said if Scott wanted to tour, they could tour.
Funny, I met the guy once. He was dating someone I'd gone out with
casually a few years before. He was sort of shy, and actually a little
scared of me. He didn't even like for people to know he was in Zappa's
band.
I'll have to inventory my zappa collection and see what I'm missing.
