Subject Splitsville "Bulk Rate"

I followed the links and picked up a copy of
Splitsville's "Bulk Rate."  It's a Japanese release.

Of course I love the music, but the packaging is wack!
 There's a corrugated cardboard outer box, lots of
stickers inside (popular in Japan?), all of which is
fine...BUT neither of the inserts (front or back
covers) fits a cd jewel box in any logical fashion.

What's up with that???
