Scott,
I just forwarded this post to Seth, and hopefully he can shed complete light
on it. For now, I can tell you that:
a. Seth definitely did know Jim
b. It is "thee" Rusty Anderson
Seth Swirsky knows more people in the industry than anyone I've ever met.
