The liner notes give this information regarding "Each Day I Call Her

EACH DAY I CALL HER NAME (Seth Swirsky/Jim Ellison/Scott Cutler)

Produced by Scott Cutler; Lead and Electric Guitar: Rusty Anderson;
Acoustic Guitar/Background Vocals: Seth Swirsky; Programming: Scott
Cutler

Is this thee Rusty Anderson from Paul McCartney's recent group?

Just what is going on with this track?
Did Seth Swirsky and Scott Cutler know Jim?
And when did Rusty Anderson come into the picture?

Was this a Jim demo track that was beefed up by these guys ala the 2
Pete Ham solo discs released on Ryko in which oversdubs were added to
existing demo tracks to "flesh out" the sound?

Also what is the "designee" word referring to?
Is it referring to Jim or Seth Swirsky?

MI fans need answers....
