Hey all - I was at the (abbreviated) Cheap Trick show in Hershey, Pa. on Thursday, and prior to the band's set a tune was played over the PA, a great power pop, Foo Fighters-sounding bit which included the lyric:

 

And he was making a crack

and he was smoking crack

 

I've searched up and down the internets trying to ID it but can't. Anyone have an idea?
