A Jesus Rock discussion on Audities - fancy that?
would add just a few recommendations to the fine lists so
far -
Mustard Seed Faith - Sail On Sailor
Very eclectic work from Beatlesque pop, country rock to jazz-
folk... I believe it was their only release. Have never seen
a CD release though
The Way - The Way
CSNY basically. Dynamic guitars - "Caught in a world" is
pure powerpop...
Keith Green - No Compromise
Has always been a personal inspiration - hard hitting
lyrics, great piano playing and a fantastic singing voice
Bob Dylan - Slow Train Comin'
Does it count? :-)
modern day recommendations - Starflyer 59, Violet Burning,
Bleach (just released a great final album) et al
