Heino is pretty funny, altough not a band name. There are also:

Alberto I Lost Trios Paranoias
After Shave
Gurke Sauer Lobby
Nichts
Modern Talking (not really funny more absurd)
Quacky Duck
Rumpelstilz
Tote Hosen


BTW: Just recently I listened to Jimmy Spheeris again. Great highly
underrated Singer Songerwriter from the 70ties. I know that sounds good but
is true!!
