Got to see The High Dials last night at a local pub. Apparently they
stopped in for a beer on the way through town last week and the owner is a
fan - convinced them to stop in on the way back. Great show! I like
their records ok - but live those songs get a new life. More dynamic and
they pull off a 'big finish' like few bands I've seen.
The ended the show with a great sitar instrumental/jam. It's a good sign
when the bar staff are lined up for merch.
