Speaking of destroyed songs and/or songs that are destructive..
Oddly enough, I heard the song HOTEL CALIFORNIA at a store just the
other day. I have managed to avoid hearing this song for many, many,
many years now. Nearly phobic about it. It wouldn't be an
overstatement to say it was one of my personal "Top 10 most hated FM
songs of all time". Amazingly, with all the time past since I've last
heard it and now hearing it with fresh ears....it still causes me the
same gut wrenching pain it always has.
