It's not a one-stop, but I have always had tremendous luck with
Amazon's Marketplace sellers. It's the same set-up as Half.Com,
basically, but in my experience, it's run much much better. In
particular, if I have the opportunity to buy CDs or DVDs from a
Florida company called Caiman, I jump on it: their prices are
uniformly low, and I've never had any trouble at all with quality of
merch. For example, a few weeks ago, I bought the complete Style
Council box set from Caiman. It arrived in perfect shape a week
later, in the shrinkwrap. Price: about $43, plus $2.49 shipping.
Amazon proper wanted over a hundred bucks.
