I know A Flock of Seagulls put out an album - an awful one, but an album
nonetheless - in '96: "Light At The End Of The World." Loverboy were
resurrected in '97 thanks to CMC International and released "Loveboy VI,"
which I haven't heard since its release but to which I remember being mostly
indifferent. (And this from someone who admits to owning and loving the
band's greatest-hits album.) And Tiffany put out "The Color of Silence" in
2000, the quality of which I can't speak to personally, though I've actually
heard positive things about it. I don't know about Arrested Development or
CeCe Penniston...
