On the digest, so my apologies if someone already got this, but the Knack
(and Tommy Tutone!) are on "Hit Me Baby One More Time" next week on NBC. The
first show was pretty dreadful -- each artist does one song of theirs and a
cover. Arrested Development won the first week, by apparently a
not-insubstantial margin over Loverboy (ah, the ravages of time), Tiffany
(see above), and A Flock of Seagulls (whose lead singer, I kid you not, wore
a hat).
We'll see if Messrs. Fieger and Tutone (I know, I know, but I'm too lazy to
go to allmusic and look it up) can redeem the show.
Oh, also, the English MC is grotesquely over-the-top. Enjoy.
