Todd,
As much as I wished it were true (who wouldn't want to sell 600
CDs!!!)....this is a scam. I've been receiving offers worded almost exactly
the same for about 5 months now. The very first one I got was for two
totally disparate artists on my label at ridiculous quantities....and he was
from Indonesia.
When legit wholesalers are only ordering 25 - 50 copies of any of our top
selling items, I find it hard to swallow that some small wholesaler in a
country that doesn't have a solid music trading foundation would be looking
for a few hundred copies of one of my WORST selling titles (and a
T-shirt!!!).
Write back to this guy and tell him you'll only accept PayPal. I guarantee
you'll get no response.
Jaimie Vernon,
Bullseye
