Hi -
 
Been having trouble accessing my email lately, so I wasn't able to reply to this in a timely fashion.
 
I, too, am a HUGE Veronica Mars fan - one of the best new shows on TV.  In answer to your question, the song played at the end of the season finale was "Lily Dreams On" by Cotton Mather.
