I was in a cover band that did "Day Tripper"....we always made sure to 
replicate the dropped guitar line in the second verse -- where the 
overdubbed second guitar briefly drops a note.

I had a Beatles enthusiast compliment us on our authenticity to the original 
just by doing that.
