There's one that's always puzzled me in "Let It Be". In the verse after the guitar solo, just after Paul sings "I wake up to the sound of music" he plays the wrong chord and quickly fixes it. I always wondered why they never corrected that.
There are others but I can't think of specifics off the top of my head. I know there's a Stones one but can't think of it just now.
