Here is something I'm a little confused about.

I'm (almost) 27 and female and I know I am a minority on this list (or
at least all the other mid twenties females are very very quiet).

When people talk about going to shows and everyone is so much younger
than them, do you mean the people are in their mid twenties? Or even
younger?

And if they are my age or even younger, where are those people,
because I don't know a lot of them. Most of the friends that I go to
shows with are in their 30s and/or male. I can only think of 2 female
friends aproximately my age that love audities style music and
frequent shows.

I'm just trying to figure it out because my perception doesn't seem to
be matching up because I frequently feel like I'm on the younger half
of the audience.

And also, where are these kids who go to the show when they go online
to talk abotu music? Why don't they join audities? Do they just not
talk about music online?

I'll stop rambling now. BTW, when I was a kid, I used to ask my
parents how old they were and I remember sometimes they would have to
think about it and they would say that they forgot. It boggled my
mind and I thought that it was impossible to forget your age. Well,
it happened to me... when I started writing this post, I honestly
forgot how old I was and had to count backwards from my husband's age
in order to figure it out. More proof that I'm older than I really
am, I suppose. I think my parents were in their 30s when they started
forgetting their age...

/rambling

Stacy
