Good timing - I happen to have "Goats Head Soup" on here at work right now.    There are couple of real good ones on here - Dancing With Mr. D, Angie, Heartbreaker, and Star Star is fun.

I'd say that post-Exile, the next real good one they released was "Some Girls" (meaning all the way through), then "Tattoo You".   The ones between "Exile" & "Girls" and post "Tattoo" (to me) have a handful of good tunes, but most are pretty disposable as albums.  But they're the Stones after all and I still love them  ;-)
