Well, Splitsvilleians, it’s the end of an era, as Cardwell’s Tavern in Baltimore is soon closing down. If you’ve been there before, chances are you’ve rocked out at a Splitsville record release party, sung at Splitsville karaoke or yelled out requests during cover sets led by various members of the band. But whenever you’ve been there, the times and the music have all been good.

If you haven’t been to Cardwell’s, this will be your last chance to see Splitsville in what became the band’s unofficial ‘club house’. Splitsville’s final show there will be SATURDAY, MAY 21. Expect a full Splitsville set, a bunch of covers, and who knows what else. But whatever happens, you can be sure Splitsville will give Cardwell’s a proper send-off.
