but MAN,
that Hartford album is AMAZING,
yessir,

 Hi Gary!
Yeah, I finally picked it up last week and I am floored by it. Great
songs, playing and it has such a spontaneous feel to it. He is yet another
artist I am somewhat obsessed about. I have some of his earlier more singer
songwriter stuff, which I love. But I find his more country bluegrass
offering to be wonderful too. Of these I have "Morning Bugle",
"Aereo-Plain" and I assume I'll need to pick up "Mark Twang" (yes?).
Others...?

I'll take Hartford's version.

Pardon my remembrance...
As a boy I recall sitting through the "Glen Campbell Hour" per my mom was a
big fan of Glens. At the time, I remember thinking Glen was alright, but I
sat straight up and was all ears any time John Hartford joined in. It's been
fun to have been rediscovering his music again.
