Some Girls.

I really like Goat's Head Soup, It's Only Rock n' Roll, Emotional 
Rescue & Tattoo You. Not classics, but listenable.

Beyond that, one has to cherry-pick the good stuff off individual 
albums.

My preference is for the Stones circa 1966-1968 when they were a pop 
band instead of a faux blues outfit.
