I like the double album notion; makes it 2 digestible chunks.  Both together 
would have fit on one CD.  and it cost what a single would cost.

I'm really enjoying the new album. Despite being a double CD, it appears on 
early listening to be almost filler-free. Seems that co-writing credits with 
the band mean that Ryan doesn't feel the need to release every single 
thought he had as an album track.

Other recent releases worth a special mention are Hal - great 60's 
influenced pop, but with a bang up to date feel - like what would have 
happened if the Beach Boys formed in 2004, and The Go-Betweens - rightly 
highlighted by Mojo as an Instant Classic. I can't think of any comeback as 
satisfying as theirs. I loved Bright Yellow Bright Orange (2003), and Oceans 
Apart is even better.
