Good thing you didn't get the $250 tickets!

I showed my wife the prices per pair in advance, and discussed about 
where we could expect to sit at each tier, and we decided together 
that the $250 tickets were off the table, but since we see so few 
concerts nowadays (we have an 11-month-old daughter), the $150s seemed 
about right for us.  I probably won't see a concert till then, save 
for the Allman Brothers, for which in the summer I can generally get 
comped, and the odd $15 local gig (I hope to hit Jim Boggia's record 
release party next week.)  Oh yeah, ex-Auditeer Henry Laura has a 
ticket for me to see the Raspberries in July.  But that should be it, 
and in other years, I'd be spending a lot more on live music.  (Right 
off, I'd be going to the Petty/Crowes show at Jones Beach, with my 
wife.)  Of course, the nanny costs way more that a whole bunch of 
McCartney shows would...
