One issue that hasn't been brought forth is that band who sincerely want to
charge their fans less have to contend with scalpers who snap up their tickets
in the first minute of availability.  The best weapon is for those bands to
require that fans show up at the will call window to pick up their tickets.

I say, better the artist to get the loot than the scalper.
