Diesel's "Watts In A Tank" was reissued by One Way, and is probably still
available if you look around...it's my understanding that One Way has been
slowly closing up shop.

Touch is available from European label Frontiers in a 2-disc set called "The
Complete Works" as it includes the previously unreleased 2nd album produced
by Todd Rundgren. Touch bassist Doug Howard temporarily replaced Kasim
Sulton in Utopia in 1982 during the sessions for the eponymous Utopia album
(note his songwriting credits on 2 songs), and there is a mix of "Libertine"
with Doug singing lead on the Rundgren import "Demos and Lost Albums." Doug
Howard also joined Rundgren (& Sulton) in Todd's 11 Voice Orchestra for the
"A Cappella" tour in 1985.

Touch was very much in tune with New England - lots of hooks, metal-lite
guitar work, lots of keyboards. I think I prefer New England to Touch - I
just liked the songwriting of John Fannon more. From what I've read, the
"Walking Wild" album which Rundgren produced was done very much on the fly
with most songs written during the actual recording process - surprising
considering the quality of much of the album, although there are some
throwaway ideas there that are part of the charm of the record (for example
"Holdin' Out On Me").
