I'll post the link to my review as soon as it makes it to Bullz-Eye, but the gist of it is that I view their debut as one of the most consistent power pop albums ever (this is my ears only; everyone's got their own opinion), and I *STILL* think it's a maaaaaaaaaaajor disappointment. It's definitely a rebellion against the sound of their disc with Hollywood Records, but they've gone too far in the other direction. Somewhere in the middle probably lies the true Tsar sound, but if the next album doesn't provide that happy medium, I'm done with 'em...
