>Okay, I just heard this song on an oldies station that
>I have not heard in untold years...no idea who does it
>or what the actual name of it is, but here's the
chorus:

>When I wake up In the morning light
>I put on my jeans
>And I feel alright
>I put
>My blue jeans on
>I put My ol' blue jeans on

That is an easy one Bill.. from the lyrics I can guess that it is Michael
Prophet's "Jah Warn Them" on the Vivian "Yabby You" Jackson label circa
1976/77?..

If I remember correctly, that was only released as a single..and it was
recorded at Channel One with the Aggrovators as the backing band..from the
sound of the recording..it is pretty clear that the song was voiced at
Tubby's, however..My version has a wicked Tubby dub on the b-side..but
recent revival pressings are backing it up with Wayne Wade's "Everyone is
Bawling"

Let me know if I can be of any futher help..
