Caught the Redwalls last year when they came to the Paradise Lounge to support
Owsley, before their major-label deal. I have to say, they're adorable --
they're like the baby Beatles, with the shaggy hair and the mic-sharing and
everything. Sonically they owe a lot to the Beatles as well, but I also heard
elements of Bowie and even Faces/Rod Stewart. I bought the cd and it's okay,
but I thought they were fantastic live. Well worth checking out.
