...Guess that set me straight...lol... seriously, you have some very good 
points... and I guess its just my love and adoration for what the enormous 
musical/social/political/cultural influence that JPG&R had on the music 
scene that makes me feel that way when I think that "these post-generations" 
will dismiss The Beatles simply as historical footnotes... But your essay is 
well taken and appreciated... figure it brings me back to reality... 
Someday, and in the not very distant future, I'll be on my rocking chair as 
my grandson comes up with one of my old Beatles CD and asks... "Gramps... 
aren't these the guys that onced played with Michael Jackson?"... and with a 
wistful smile I'll simply smile...
