Hi John,

Oops...my bad.  Y'know --you're right.  I got some extra tracks before it was released and completely forgot that was among the tracks that didn't make the CD.

However, those tracks have subsequently been issued as 'More Crimes Against Music' at the iTunes music store.  You have to check out their version of the Monkees' 'Valleri' -- it really kicks, with Tommy playing a mind-blowing 12-string.
