Hey Bill,

Agree Dwight's CD is great. But lately Soundtrack Of Our Lives/Origin 1 is
getting constant spin. I love this disc.

This is my favorite of the year thus far as well. I'm becoming a huge
Soundtrack Of Our Lives fan.

My favorite song of the year isn't on an artist-specific album, though. It's
the new cut by the New Pornographers, "Graceland" (no relation to the Paul
Simon song), that is thus far only available on the new label comp *Matador
At 15*. This song is so good it made the hair stand up on the back of my
neck the first time I heard it. That hardly ever happens. It's built around
a simple but elegant little guitar riff, and it's got everything: cool but
impenetrable lyrics, massive hooks, a nice echoey hit-machine production,
and of course the band's fantastic trademark harmonies. I've been playing it
to death for two weeks now, and it hasn't worn out its welcome yet.
