I haven't posted here in a million years, but I figure: if Gabe Fuentes is
going to post, so am I.
Actually, I have a couple of questions. I'm curious about RPM Records' 23rd
Turnoff compilation, "The Dream of Michelangelo" - didn't someone here
mention it a while back? I've only heard the glorious "Michelangelo"
single and what I think was its B-side, "Leave Me Here". Is the rest of the
comp anything like those songs?
I've also been listening to a great album from 1969: Fargo's "I See It Now".
Think early Bee Gees, a little Gene Clark, a lot of Emitt Rhodes, some
Everly Brothers, Hollies... All I've got is a CD-R and can find virtually
no information on them (other than tiny blurbs on AMG and Vernon Joynson's
Fuzz Acid & Flowers directory.) Any more info out there on Fargo?
Thanks folks,
Amy
